  1. The advantage of the P7000…a big advantage…is the optical viewfinder. This in my opinion is a must. The Canon g15 and Nikon AW130 are the only alternatives to offer this. I’d like to be given free reign for a day with the Nikon design team… I’d simply upgrade the P7000 keeping all of the features that make this such a great camera… perhaps increase its pixel size and zoom introduce some sort of connectivity… minimal size change as another advantage is that it fits into a pocket, and can be taken out for those unobtrusive shots
